| The Association consists of the umpires who have been chosen by the League to be on its panel of umpires for the current season. It arranges instruction courses for its existing members and those seeking qualification to be members of the Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers. It also liaises with the League's Hon. Umpires Secretary Mr Neville Fletcher (who makes the appointments) to ensure that the laws of the game are upheld and fairly applied in accordance with its motto. | |
