Finishing top of the 'A' Division, Werneth won the Towncroft Trophy. As Division 'B' champions Heywood took the Watson Trophy. The two teams then played off at Werneth C.C. for the Edwin Kay Cup, with Werneth (95-6) the winners. Heywood scored 71-9.
